Ras Laffan Utilization Project

A large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project, supporting Qatar Petroleum’s operations in Ras Laffan Industrial City with extensive infrastructure and utility development.

Scope of work:

Surveying, setting out & development of site preparation activities
Development and installation of pipe racks, diesel & water piping
Fiber optic & telecom development, including earth boring & HDD drilling
HDPE pipe laying, manholes & test boring as part of infrastructure development
Cable ducting & electrical infrastructure development
Construction and development of valve & JRC chambers
Development of pre-engineered warehouses & FSO marine workshops
Construction and development of the main office building & large-scale irrigation networks
Fire line networks developed to connect Ras Laffan Fire Department
Development of substations & diesel tank construction

National Control Center Building – Al Hilal

A critical infrastructure project, the National Control Center Building was developed to monitor and manage Qatar’s national electricity grid efficiently.

Surveying, setting out, and development of structural works
Development and installation of civil, electrical, mechanical, and telecom systems
IT and network infrastructure development and integration
Earth boring, test boring, and HDD drilling as part of underground infrastructure development
HDPE pipe laying and development of cable ducting for electrical cabling
