Al Mirqab Towers

Among Qatar’s prestigious landmarks, Al Mirqab Twin Towers stand in West Bay, near Al Dana Tower and Beverly Hills. The project consists of two 23-story towers, built over a basement, ground floor, and a service floor, primarily serving as hotel apartments with a restaurant on the ground floor.

Scope of work:
  • Development of structural and foundation works across an 8,500 m² site
  • Civil, MEP, and infrastructure development for the full facility. egrated ATC and security systems
  • Development of hotel apartment interiors and full integration of service floor systems.
  • Installation and development coordination of prefabricated GRC-clad domes at four corners and central axis.

Office Tower – Grand Hamad Avenue

A premium office development, this tower features high-end finishes and modern infrastructure.

Qatar Petroleum Central Office Building – Mesaieed

Client: Qatar Petroleum

This project comprised the construction of four high-rise buildings with extensive infrastructure development for Qatar Petroleum’s headquarters in Mesaieed Industrial City.

Scope of work:
  • Surveying, setting out, and piling works
  • Civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical works
  • Installation of fire water and diesel tanks
  • Landscape development & irrigation systems
  • Fiber optic & UTP cabling, rerouting of existing cables
  • Sewage line relocation, including manholes for IT networks

Salam Holding Tower – West Bay

Client: H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani / Salam Holdings
Location:West Bay, Doha, Qatar

Built-Up Area: 42.000 m²

A pioneering commercial tower at the time, Salam Holding Tower set new standards in West Bay with luxurious office spaces, a ground floor, two-level underground parking, and a podium structure.

Bilal Tower
